We have two types of support plans for your hosting business. Per Ticket plan and Per server plans. We can also work if you have In-house support and you need support in Week Ends only or may be in Off Time like Night Time . You can choose the best plan that suites your business requirements.

A. Per Ticket :

This plan is for those who have hosting business with low number of technical support tickets from clients. We will Quote depending upon Number of tickets comes on your HelpDesk per month.

B. Per Server :

This plan is perfect for larger growing Hosting businesses. We will Quote you depending upon Number of servers you have. You can add more servers to the plan or deduct as your Hosting Business need .

 

2. Live Chat Support

We can handle live chat of your Hosting Business for you. Live chat will cover basic Pre Sales and technical Chats. Our Techs will be online on your Live chat software 24x7x365 serving your clients.



3. Dedicated Tech Support

This custom plans is for those who want dedicated staff support. The Dedicated Tech will work 9x6 per week for you. You can opt from well trained RHCE and MCSE certified engineers for this plan.

 

4. Sales / Billing Support

We will provide basic support to sales / Billing chats and Tickets in this plan.
